Gods thumb: McMinnville > coast detour

We were driving to Newport for a work meeting but decided to stop in McMinnville and then do God's Thumb in Lincoln City, OR on the way. I love McMinnville in the fall because of the colors and Halloween directions. See pictures below

Gods Thumb is a quick lollipop loop in Lincoln City. We did 4.75mi. There are several trailheads and ways you can go. It all ends at the same point which is a beautiful "thumb" shaped piece of land overlooking the coast. It's 753' of ascent
